Every order is processed and dispatched on the following day after placement. We ensure a prompt turnaround so that your items are on their way as quickly as possible.  Please note that we do not ship orders over the weekend or during national UK bank holidays.

Returns 
If you decide you no longer want your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days. 

Please note that earrings (for hygiene reasons), personalised or engraved items and gift packaging cannot be returned.

How to Return:
Simply email us at sales@verdstore.com with your order details. We’ll reply with a postage label or QR code and clear instructions on where to send back your item. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Processing & Refunds:
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 7 business days. Your refund will be credited to your account within 6 business days after processing. For orders that include a complimentary item from a promotional offer, if you return only part of the order, the value of the free item or discount will be deducted from your refund or charged separately.

Additional Information:
Original shipping charges and any shipping fees are non-refundable. Also, items purchased at pop-up events or sample sales cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs:
Please note that VERD. does not cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the products, we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
